Job description
Position Overview
The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for marketing duties for Integrity Data, including but not limited to promotion of the company and Payroll Now and ACA solutions, identifying new customers and markets, lead generation efforts, and communication and marketing automation.

Essential Functions
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable subordinate employees
• Lead, manage, and enforce accountability with vendors
• Create, coordinate and manage content for online and print materials
• Accomplish Lead Generation through: SEO/CRO; Campaign creation and oversight – to and through partners, to customers, and to prospects; Events planning and logistics
• Handle all external Integrity Data communications
• Lead Marketing Automation activities (CRM and ClickDimensions) including but not limited to data management, lead scoring, opt-in and opt-out activities along with campaign management
• Own brand awareness and messaging
• Co-manage marketing strategy and budget
• Maintain website – UX, additions, changes, updates, and maintenance
• Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities
• Maintain Partner Portals and analytics and co-market initiatives with partners
• Control marketing inventory
• Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies
• Conducts market research and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products
• Meet with director for weekly update meetings and quarterly conversations
• Acknowledge and adhere to the Employee Handbook
• Other duties as assigned
Education requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field required
Experience requirements
• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, ClickDimensions (or other marketing automation tools), WordPress (or other website maintenance), and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
